Mark Verdult is an illustrator based in The Hague (The Netherlands). With his work he focuses on illustrations and visual storytelling for picture books, comics or graphic novels.

He loves the process of building the foundations around the stories he works with and exploring on how the different elements relate to each other; From researching character designs and quirks to creating believable settings for the lives these characters live.
